      What are the conditions for returns?

      Within 60 days of receiving a shipment from LIVING SILICA® SILICIUM LABORATORIES LLC, you may return any unused or used product for a full refund, less shipping and handling.

      Our products are 100% guaranteed, so if you are not satisfied with their efficacy, you may return the product for a full refund, less shipping and handling.

      Upon receipt of the returned item, we will thoroughly examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
