We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is broken, you should promptly contact us at SILICIUM LABORATORIES. Please call our Customer Service department at (305) 779-0171 or send us a message HERE, with details of the product and the defect, you will need to provide pictures as proof and from them, we will decide that you need to send the product back.
