I. Promotions during special dates are valid only for the timeframes specified in emails, content, or posts sent and published.
II. Discounts may vary from day to day during certain promotional periods.
III. Purchases are valid based on the date the transaction is completed and cannot be canceled or modified to apply a higher discount offered on a different day.
IV. Please note that promotions cannot be combined with other offers.
V. Customers have 30 minutes from the time of purchase to request a cancellation or refund by sending an email to customerservice@orgonolivingsilica.com. After this 30-minute window, cancellations, refunds, or adjustments to the purchase will no longer be possible.
