How do I manage or cancel my subscription
You can cancel or modify your LIVING SILICA® subscription anytime through Amazon or your account on our website.
To cancel or modify your subscription, follow the steps according to where you made your purchase:
On Amazon (Subscribe & Save):
- Log in to your Amazon account at www.amazon.com.
- Hover over “Account & Lists” in the top-right corner and select “Subscribe & Save” from the dropdown menu.
- Locate your active subscriptions and click “Manage Subscription” next to the one you wish to cancel.
- In the subscription details section, click “Cancel Subscription.”
- Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your cancellation.
Note: If you cancel close to your next delivery date, you might still receive that shipment.
On the LIVING SILICA® website:
- Go to https://my.livingsilica.com.
- Log in to your account.
- Navigate to My Account and select Subscriptions.
- You’ll see a list of your active subscriptions.
- Find the subscription you want to cancel or modify and click Manage Subscription.
- Select Cancel Subscription (or choose the appropriate option to modify your plan).
