How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your LIVING SILICA® subscription anytime through Amazon or your account on our website.
To cancel your subscription, follow the steps according to where you made your purchase:
On Amazon (Subscribe & Save):
- Log in to your Amazon account at www.amazon.com.
- Hover over “Account & Lists” in the top-right corner and select “Subscribe & Save” from the dropdown menu.
- Locate your active subscriptions and click “Manage Subscription” next to the one you wish to cancel.
- In the subscription details section, click “Cancel Subscription.”
- Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your cancellation.
Note: If you cancel close to your next delivery date, you might still receive that shipment.
On the LIVING SILICA® website:
- Log in to your account at www.livingsilica.com.
- Go to “My Account” and select “Subscriptions.”
- You’ll see a list of your active subscriptions.
- Find the subscription you want to cancel or modify and click “Manage Subscription.”
- Select “Cancel Subscription.”
