How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, follow the steps according to where you made your purchase:

On Amazon (Subscribe & Save):

1. Log in to your Amazon account at www.amazon.com.
2. Hover over “Account & Lists” in the top-right corner and select “Subscribe & Save” from the dropdown menu.
3. Locate your active subscriptions and click “Manage Subscription” next to the one you wish to cancel.
4. In the subscription details section, click “Cancel Subscription.”
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your cancellation.

Note: If you cancel close to your next delivery date, you might still receive that shipment.

On the Living Silica website:

1. Log in to your account at www.livingsilica.com.
2. Go to “My Account” and select “Subscriptions.”
3. You’ll see a list of your active subscriptions.
4. Find the subscription you want to cancel or modify and click “Manage Subscription.”
5. Select “Cancel Subscription.”
